Big trainWednesday 22nd March

This morning we went to the National Railway Museum where students could see how train travel has changed over history.

Then we travelled to Sheffield University. Here students participated in a workshop about university, what a science degree teaches you, and the psychology behind visual, audible and tactile illusions. The interactive experiences definitely tricked our brains and we learnt a lot about the neuroscience of our senses. This was followed by a tour of the city campus, including the student union. The students enjoyed seeing a university and asking questions about the buildings and what goes on within.

And finally, we are on our way home! A jam-packed trip with lots of new experiences.
