Having thoroughly enjoyed the Oktoberfest event at Radley College in the autumn, a few of our Year 12s returned on Sunday to spend an enjoyable evening meeting other A level German students, playing German games, and discussing A level film, literature and exam topics informally. There was an entertaining 'open mic' segment and a meal together beforehand.

Charles, Liesl and Ella found the chance to practise speaking German with fellow students in a relaxed atmosphere really positive. Teachers from different schools also had a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on A level teaching in depth.

Many thanks to the German department at Radley for organising the event on behalf of the Oxford German Network - es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht!
