In recent years, Miss Ladbrook and her budding team of student gardeners have transformed a mostly empty courtyard into a flourishing garden. So successful has their endeavour been, the garden has been included in The Agile Initiative's Sprint research project looking at Nature-based programmes in secondary schools for mental health and wellbeing. You can read the case study for Wallingford School here. The report also mentions our biodiversity garden at the end of St. George's Road which we continue to develop.
Never one to rest, Miss Ladbrook already has plans to redevelop our old nature reserve on the school site!
More to come soon...
