It's not officially spring until the release of our Spring Newsletter - so let spring begin! It's a sporty one to get you up and about, but there's also plenty of art and photos for when the rain returns.
The sports news: a visit by Olympian Alex Yee; our 10th Ninja Warrior competition; building confidence in Archery; and Hyrox which, rather than being the name of an ancient mythological beast or new asthma medication, as I thought, turns out to be a challenging fitness competition - you can see results and photos from our inaugural Hyrox House competitions inside.
Art-wise, we have some fancy light photography, brilliantly detailed paintings, and our Art teachers as you've never seen them before (and might not want to see them again). You can also vote online for some of our students' artwork in a national competition called Art Bytes (voting open until April 19th, so get online and vote!).
If you like role-play and you like laws (and who doesn't?), we have three articles on that theme: sixth formers at ILYMUN 2026, Year 8 and 9 students in a mock Magistrates' Trial, plus a photo report from our January show, Legally Blonde.
Our Wally Valentine's competition had students looking for love (in all the wrong places?), and you can find out how the Sixth Form version of The Traitors turned out. The winners of the Blackstone Library's Story Competition are included here too. And there's plenty more, such as Cheerleading, Scholars in Bruge, and House Competitions.
Happy Easter!
